I was asked to take photos of The Best Barman Competition held at The Hilton Hotel in Sydney. This for me was a great challenge for my technique, staminar and timing. It was certainly different for me to wait at the end of the bar, photo ready for anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes to take that one shot. It took a great deal of patience, it took alot of respect for the bar tender to gamble on that finished product so that I could possibly get that shot at that exact moment, flames engulfing the barman and his bar !
